斐济的移民政策
斐济公民身份
斐济公民身份可通过以下各渠道获得:

一、出生
对象：
自《斐济公民法2009》出台后在斐济出生的公民

二、登记
对象：
1、出生在海外的斐济公民的子女

2、18周岁以下被斐济公民收养的

3、18周岁以下父母成为斐济公民的

4、恢复公民身份的

5、恢复斐济公民身份的

三、入籍

外籍公民在斐济在过去的10年内如在斐济的合法停留时间达到60个月（以整月为计算段位）即可申请获得斐济公民身份。由于斐济现实行的是多国公民身份制度，申请的海外公民不被要求放弃他们现有的他国公民身份。
